Job Description

We’re launching an innovative real estate brokerage, and we need a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive content creation and distribution across our offices. Initially, you’ll report to the VP of Marketing, but as we expand, you’ll help build and eventually report up to a VP of Social Media.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as 75% project manager, 25% creative.
2. Coordinate videographers’ and editors’ schedules. Enable agents to book content shoots via a scheduling system (e.g., Calendly).
3. Develop and manage a workflow to ensure content moves from videographers to editors (virtual or in-house) and back to a central content hub. Manage turnaround times and ensure agents have easy access to their content.
4. Develop and deliver 20 fresh content ideas daily for agents, keeping their personal brands engaging.
5. Host one-on-one and group coaching sessions with agents on content structure, hooks, video best practices, and creative strategy.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience managing content teams (videographers, editors) and systems.
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts.
3. Creativity in content ideation and coaching others.
4. A passion for real estate and social media.
