  • Coordinate response to physical security incidents, including robbery, burglary, larceny, unauthorized access, and other physical security events.
  • Oversee protection and control of physical assets, including safekeeping of currency and negotiable instruments within applicable areas of responsibility.
  • Conduct physical security risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements through documentation, control monitoring, and audit support.
  • Coordinate and manage third-party security vendors and support physical security policies, procedures, and employee awareness training.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field (required).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a physical security role; financial services, public company/multi-industry operations.
  • Strong expertise in access control, surveillance, alarm, and ATM security technologies.
  • Experience managing incidents, vendors, and operational security programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $71,000 - $107,000/YR, plus strong bonus potential.

  • 401(k) plan with employer match.

  • Paid parking and transportation benefits.
