Position: Bank Teller (Part Time)


Location: New Boston, TX


Hours: Monday - Friday 1p-5:30p, Saturday 9a-12p (EVERY SAT)

Pay: $12-14/HR, doe

We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. As a Bank Teller, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their financial transactions and inquiries. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions while creating a welcoming environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Process routine financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and money orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing guidance and assistance.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services that may benefit customers.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns in a calm and professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Handle cash and maintain proper cash drawer balancing.
• Assist with opening new accounts and provide information on account features.
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for both customers and staff.
• Stay informed of bank products, services, and current promotions to help customers effectively.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred, preferably in banking or retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process financial transactions with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required
