Lovette Jewelers is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team of sales associates. As the only locally owned full service jewelry store in Gateway Mall, we offer a personalized and hands on shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who value their clients while going above and beyond to ensure they have an experience they remember.

We offer our team jewelry and sales education in order to have a sales team that is exceptional and the best for our customers. We believe that a happy and well-educated salesperson has the best possible chance for individual success.

Responsibilities

• Develop your sales abilities while expanding store traffic and optimize profitability
• Meet sales goals by applying training, skills, clienteling and sales methods and by providing feedback to store manager
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Complete store operations, sales, lead contacts, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
• Be a shining example of positive demeanor and high performance
• Additional duties as needed

• Proven successful experience in retail sales/weddings & events/customer service
• Powerful selling skills and plan/goal focused

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 8 hour shift
