Job Summary:

Pulse Staffing is seeking a compassionate and reliable Bilingual Spanish-speaking CNA for a private duty assignment. In this role, you will provide one-on-one care to a patient in the home, ensuring comfort, safety, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Communicate effectively with patient and family in Spanish and English
• Observe and report changes in patient condition

Job Description: Bilingual Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who is fluent in Spanish & English to provide exceptional care in a home setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of CNA experience, preferably in private duty or home health.

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification
• Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience (private duty or home health preferred)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Ability to work independently in a home setting
