They are getting some new product lines coming up and they need a solid analyst to work with the product owner and the developers since the developers are the only ones doing the development.
Day-to-Day:
This person needs to work with the product owner who is a very confident lady that will not be afraid to tell you like it is.
This person needs to be confident and have thick skin and can let things roll off their back.
They need to be able to navigate the information in Agile model taking the requirement form the business team and put the stories together for the tech team.
