What You'll Be Doing:

• Install tile, flooring, and related materials with precision and attention to detail.
• Complete residential and commercial flooring projects efficiently while maintaining high craftsmanship standards.
• Prepare surfaces, measure spaces, and ensure proper installation techniques are followed.
• Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members on-site.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each project.

What You Bring:

• Flooring Installation Experience - Proven experience installing tile, flooring, or related materials.
• Strong Craftsmanship - Pride in producing clean, detail-oriented work.
• Reliability & Work Ethic - Ability to consistently show up, stay productive, and complete projects professionally.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to adapt on-site and handle installation challenges when they arise.
• Valid Driver's License (Preferred) - Reliable transportation to local job sites is a plus.
