• Prepare and craft a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes according to established recipes.
• Handle and cut seafood, including fish and shellfish, with precision and skill.
• Create visually appealing and high-quality sushi presentations.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized sushi station and kitchen area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the efficient flow of food orders.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.
