Delta Star Inc. is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources Generalist to support key HR programs and serve as a trusted partner to designated business units. As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you'll perform a wide range of professional HR duties, working closely with the HR management team to support employees and leaders across the business. You'll administer benefits, process weekly payroll, coordinate employee relations matters, manage HR transactions, maintain compliance, and support both Corporate and Business Unit HR projects.
Your day will include processing payroll, responding to employee relations issues, leading HR administrative tasks, and supporting the complete employment lifecycle. You'll conduct onboarding and exit interviews, manage benefits and leaves of absence, assist with performance management, maintain HRIS records, and partner closely with the Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). You'll also collaborate on events, training programs, and key HR initiatives that support engagement and employee retention.
