Senior Amazon PPC Manager

This is a full-time role for one of our internal companies, a leading provider of Amazon growth services. They help brands optimize advertising, improve product visibility, and develop e-commerce strategies that drive measurable results. As the company grows, we're looking for someone who can work directly with the owner, and serve as a trusted partner in supporting high-impact projects that accelerate client success.

Location: Open to candidates based in European countries Full-time, Remote

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Own and manage multiple Amazon PPC accounts, ensuring optimal performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Develop and implement Amazon PPC strategies tailored to client goals, driving conversions and maximizing ROI.
  • Handle direct client communicationunderstand their needs, provide strategic insights, and manage expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-backed optimizations to improve efficiency.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience segmentation to enhance targeting and reach.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep strategies competitive.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align Amazon PPC efforts with overall brand strategies.

Skills to be Successful

  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Expertise in Amazon Advertising Console (Amazon Ads) and third-party PPC tools.
  • Strong analytical skillsability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skillsconfident in managing client relationships and explaining complex PPC concepts.
  • Proven ability to define Amazon PPC strategies and execute campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Proficiency in tools like Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and PPC automation software.
  • Experience with budget management, bid strategies, and conversion tracking.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for e-commerce and digital marketing.
