Your role:

  • Engage with candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and explore their interests
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and our recruiting team for a comprehensive evaluation
  • Follow up with leads to ensure sustained interest and lend support throughout the hiring process
  • Keep meticulous records updated in our applicant tracking system
  • Earn commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and hires emerging from your leads
