Description:
MML Alliance is seeking dedicated and experienced Owner-Operators with active authority (MC/DOT) who own a box truck for exciting Over-the-Road (OTR) opportunities across all 48 states. Compensation and Pay Structure:

• 91% of weekly gross revenue goes directly to the owner-operator
• 9% retained by the company
• Weekly gross potential: $5,500 - $7,500 based on 3,000+ miles
• $150/week admin fee which includes:

• Factoring
• Safety and fleet support
• ELD device and 24/7 support

• Fuel cards with discounts available (fuel cost deducted from gross)
• Weekly direct deposit every Friday
• $1,000 bonus after 8 weeks of active driving

Position Details:

• OTR position covering all 48 states (routes coordinated with your dispatcher)
• No forced dispatch - you have the freedom to choose your lanes
• Your earnings depend on your availability, routes selected, and time spent on the road

Mandatory Orientation:
Orientation is held Monday-Thursday, starting at 9 a.m. (first load dispatched immediately after completion). The orientation process takes just a few hours and is required before loads can be assigned.
