What You’ll Do

• Sell New Construction Homes: Guide buyers through the full new home sales cycle—from initial interest to contract to closing.
• Educate & Advise: Serve as the expert on our homes, floorplans, features, communities, and construction timelines.
• Manage the Sales Process: Coordinate with internal teams including construction, design, and lending to ensure a seamless experience.
• Drive Traffic & Conversion: Engage walk-ins, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into buyers.
• Maintain Model Homes: Keep model homes and sales environments professional, welcoming, and sales-ready.
• Stay Competitive: Monitor market trends, pricing, and competing builders to position Holmes Homes effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Required: Proven experience in  new home sales OR prior experience working for a homebuilder
• Active  Utah real estate license
• Strong understanding of the  new construction process, contracts, and timelines
• Ability to work independently in a model home setting
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Professional, driven, and results-oriented mindset
