The Digital Marketing Intern will support key initiatives that improve the performance, compliance, and governance of our enterprise websites and digital assets. This role includes assisting with accessibility and privacy compliance, supporting website health and SEO optimization, contributing to paid search and broader search marketing activities, and participating in forward-looking research that informs our evolving digital strategy. The position offers practical, hands-on experience within a structured professional environment while contributing to critical digital operations across the organization.
Location: Parsippany, NJ
Length: minimum of 12 weeks (TBD during mid-May through mid-August)
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks

During the 12-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the MCM (Multi-Channel Marketing) Digital team.
This role supports key MCM Digital initiatives across website optimization, UX, SEO, paid search, accessibility, privacy, and research-driven strategy projects.

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Digital Marketing Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of digital marketing principles and practices.
Experience: Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing, content advertising, and UX design.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO, paid search, social media marketing, and web analytics tools.
Design Skills: Basic knowledge of UX design principles and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve digital marketing efforts.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
