We are seeking a NEW CONSTRUCTION HVAC PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project on the trim side of HVAC new construction
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interact with superintendents/project managers of builders
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinates purchases of all necessary equipment, and services for all jobs.
• Maintain clear and open communication with all project stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing any concerns, and ensuring alignment on project schedule.
• Identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the installation process, finding effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, project documentation, and reports related to HVAC installations and warranties
• Facilitate clear communication between office staff and field crew members. Offer support to senior staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Previous HVAC project management experience 
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
