TEKsystems is currently searching for professional candidates interested in a Floating Bank Teller opportunity with a Fortune 100 Credit Union!
*Main Branch:* Temecula, CA 92591
*Other Location:* Will float to branches between North Temecula, South Temecula, and Murrieta
*Pay:* $21.82/hour
*Job Description: *
* To provide members and prospective members the full range of products and services offered by the client including depository accounts such as checking, savings, certificate IRA, revocable trust and estate accounts; Lending products; and credit/debit cards.
* To perform moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision.
* Analyze, research and resolve problems and discrepancies related to member accounts/loans
* Assist members with submitting consumer/mortgage/equity loan, overdraft protection and credit card applications
* Counsel current and prospective members about company products and services
* Ensure cash and other negotiable instruments are handled properly
* Identify opportunities to cross service products and increase product penetration
* Perform platform banking functions
*Experience: *
* 1-3 years of banking experience, retail, customer service
* Cash handling experience required
* Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and via email
* Associate or Bachelor degree preferred but not required
*Schedule:*
* Full-time/ 40 hours per week
* MUST be available between Monday-Friday: 8:00am-6:00pm, Saturday: 8:00am-2:30pm
* Could be expected to work 2-3 Saturdays a month depending on business need
