Ascension is seeking a compassionate and skilled ER Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within our busy Emergency Department. As one of the largest non-profit healthcare organizations in the U.S., Ascension provides personalized, mission-driven care across hospitals, senior living facilities, and clinics in 19 states and the District of Columbia. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients of all ages presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions. Working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, you will perform rapid patient assessment and triage, initiate appropriate interventions, administer medications and treatments, monitor responses, and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to stabilize and support patients through critical moments. You will utilize advanced clinical skills in cardiac monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, and emergency response, while maintaining meticulous documentation in the electronic health record.
