Director, Corporate Functions Communications

We areseekinga dynamic, creative, and results-driven communications professional to join our Corporate Functions Communications team. This role will leadkeyinternal communications in support of HR's functional priorities, including the Benefits & Rewards team.

You'llhave the unique opportunity to drive understanding across JLL's global workforce on topics that enrich their experience at JLL.

Collaborating with senior stakeholders,you'llprovide strategic counsel, craft compelling communications in various formats, and work across diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build strong relationships with key HR stakeholders

• Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned to HR business priorities

• Craft compelling narratives and content across various channels (e.g., emails, presentations, key messages, talking points, videos)

• Partner with other members of the Corporate Functions Communications team and Enterprise communications team to share best practices and drive excellence in internal communications

• Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve communication effectiveness * Leverage JLL's AI tools to drive efficiency and build your skillset

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in internal, executive, and/or corporate communications, witha track recordof leading successful initiatives

• Experience driving functional communications strategies. HR communications experience a plus

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content

• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders
  Team-oriented and collaborative approach to work, which is emblematic of JLL'sculture Self-starter who listens well, grasps concepts quickly, and leads with influence

• Proficiencyin digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal communications platforms (e.g.,Poppulo)

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
