Digital Merchant Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid, in office Monday-Thursdays and can work remotely from home on Fridays)
Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Merchant. This role is integral to our digital merchandising operations, requiring a deep understanding of retail, particularly in apparel and footwear. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a direct team and across various cross-functional teams to support our merchandising objectives.
Required Qualifications Education: A degree is preferred for this role.
Experience: This position requires 3-5+ years of experience in a similar digital merchandising role. Previous experience with our organization's merchandising processes is prioritized.
Technical Skills: Candidates must have expertise with Excel and Keynote.
Functional Skills: A deep understanding of the retail industry, especially apparel and footwear, is required. Candidates must demonstrate a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience with Assort Visual (AV) is considered a significant advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to work well cross-functionally and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is $33.00/hour to $43.33/hour. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience and qualifications.
