Business Systems Administrator
York, PA | Direct Hire | Primarily On-Site


The Business Systems Administrator will support end users, manage access and system issues, troubleshoot business applications, and grow into a key resource for the company's core operational systems.


This is a strong opportunity for someone with experience in systems administration, application support, technical support, or manufacturing IT who wants to expand into enterprise systems . The company is open to training someone with the right technical foundation, attitude, and desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support internal users across critical business systems
• Troubleshoot application and system issues
• Handle user setup, access, and permissions
• Work with employees across departments to resolve problems and improve system usage
• Document support processes and recurring issues
• Partner with internal IT staff and vendors as needed

What They're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in systems administration, application support, or similar level of role
• Background with user accounts, permissions, and general systems support
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Manufacturing or operations environment experience is a plus
• Someone curious, adaptable, and interested in learning new technologies
