About the Position: Global Behavioral Solutions (GBS) is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our exceptional and diverse team. We are passionate about addressing cultural disparities in autism and behavioral health services and recognize that our frontline staff, including behavior analysts and RBTs, are key to achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in home, school, and community settings.
• Deliver evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of life for individuals with autism.
• Work under the supervision of experienced clinical staff (BCBA) with ongoing training and support.
• Manage documentation and maintain communication with families and team members.

Requirements:

• BACB Registered Behavior Technician Certificate (required)
• Professional Liability Insurance
• Direct ABA experience (preferred) or experience working with children with autism
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and car insurance
• At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Fluent in English (required)

Working hours: Broward County Public School (8:00 am - 12:00 pm AND 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm OR 11 am - 5 pm)
