Attorney/Counsel - Commercial Litigation
Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Senior Commercial Attorney for Litigation in Washington, DC
An established firm based in Washington, DC with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Senior Commercial Attorney with 10+ years of experience to join their team in a hybrid work arrangement . This Attorney will have extensive experience in Commercial Litigation , ideally with a strong focus on real estate and construction disputes , ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in complex litigation and advisory matters.

Qualifications:
- The candidate must be licensed to practice law in the District of Columbia.
- The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in commercial litigation, with significant exposure to real estate and construction-related matters.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication abilities and the capacity to manage complex cases independently.
Responsibilities:
- The attorney will represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including real estate and construction disputes.
- The attorney will provide strategic legal advice and develop litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.
- The attorney will draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
- The attorney will manage cases from inception through resolution, including trial and settlement negotiations.
- The attorney will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
